T&C's for Pudo & The courier guy
As stated in our T's & C's we do not offer liability or insurance.
Parcels are sent on your own risk, as stated in the T's & C's accepted when the booking was made
16.3. PUDO & The courier guy will not be responsible in case of loss, damage, delay or incorrect delivery or lack of total or partial delivery of the merchandise that is a consequence of circumstances beyond the control of the carrier: natural disasters, force majeure, strikes, and national alterations in the air, land or sea transport networks. The carrier's general fixed liability for damage
16.4. No responsibility or liability whatsoever shall attach to TCG and / or PUDO or its employees for any loss or damage to goods unless such loss or damage:
16.4.1 Occurs whilst the goods are in actual care, custody and control of TCG and / or PUDO; 16.4.2 Is due to the negligence, intentional and/or wilful act or default of TCG and / or PUDO or its employees. 16.5. TCG and / or PUDO shall under no circumstances be liable for: 16.5.1 Loss or damage incurred through goods being tendered with inadequate packaging and packing; 16.5.2 Any loss or damage whatsoever caused by the perishable, fragile or brittle nature of the goods and packaging; 16.5.3 Loss or damage to any parcel exceeding the prescribed size.
Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Courier Guy with tracking. No insurance is included for delivery. No replacement will be made for any product not delivered by any courier. All clients must clearly state that insurance must be included. Insurance claims are not processes by i am SOAP. The Courier Guy does not insure any glassware, they will not accept any claims even if you have asked for insurance.
Transport fees are based on an estimate using the weight and dimensions of the parcel. Limitation are applicable. Shipments/packages that are larger than 25 kg or do not fit into one box (45 x 31 x 31) are subject to additional delivery costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

please note: our operating hours are as follows, 09.00-16.30 Monday - Friday. Closed on weekends & Public holidays.
Returns
No returns will be accepted as all products are personal care items.
